1. ARST's normal recommendation is 30R.  
2. DST/IVST normal recommendation is 45g. It may be modified as follows:  
A. Late or incomplete report (-5)  
B. Very late or no report  (-10) Note: lowered recommendation for this category is cumulative. (i.e. if at 40g on April report for a late report, then no report in May. Recommendation is 30g)  
C. Recommendation may be lowered further if there are severe ST issues in the domain/chapter. Both the ST and their Coordinator will be notified of the reason for this. (DC if DST, CC if IVST)   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
