White Wolf's fan club, the Camarilla, uses a few continuity differences between their world and the published World of Darkness. For example, each Camarilla region in North America roughly corresponds to its very own Kingdom of Concordia - requiring a few new Kingdoms - while those of the British Isles change the WoD geography to more closely match the real world.
