Rael al'Kaisa was Eliath's brother and as volatile as his people are known for, a storm constantly waiting to break. As many came to know, his rage could be great when invoked, and the sword was his swift answer to many of the problems that faced him. His skills as a warrior were invaluable to the Shipwrecked, and he succeeded in unifying many of the West upon the field of battle.

Though more likely to talk to them with the edge of his blade, Rael often attempted to understand the Clan of Death, despite a hatred of their ways, as well as the other Garandi. He could often be seen fighting alongside the Clan of Death, or of

occasion discussing culture while sharing tea with the Kina. In his final days, however, a bitter struggled ensued between the Clan of Death and the al'Kaisa.

He died his final death in the battle to retrieve the Elemental Shard of Air, but as he had once become a Goblin in their Fight Club, the Goblin King offered to restore him to life as a Goblin. And so Rael was restored, a Goblin now. He stayed but briefly, to make his goodbyes and urge the fighting to stop, before leaving to wander the planes and join his new kin.
