The country of Gwyneth is one full of intrigue and strife, as the various baronies and city-states war and squabble amongst themselves. The Gwynneds have been shaped by this constant internal strife, and are often quick to look for the catch in any bargain or the hidden meaning in any spoken word.

The Scarlet Princess was a former Pirate ship, which had lately been serving in the war against the Invaders until the Treaty was signed at Liberty. Still, there are few ports in Gwyneth safe to land, and so the Scarlet Princess had no true port of call, instead surviving on the open seas until the Storm claimed it.

Meilyr, a Cadessa, was the apparent leader of the Gwynned. To him, survival was more important than the divisions between East and West, and he worked hard to keep the peace. He has since disappeared, his spirit taken by Spider. Eshana, a Vireni and Priestess of Greymeir, is a recent passenger on the Scarlet Princess, of whom little is known. She travels alone, though she has since forged ties with both East and West. Quiet yet ever watchful, acting always with deliberate care, Eshana has continually and selflessly given of her natural healing to save the lives of the Shipwrecked.

Eadaoin is a priestess of the god of light and pain, Leorin, and often seems as if she has a card up her sleeve. She has been quick to join the arguments when tensions grow between the Westerners and Garandi, but has also made efforts to keep them all together.

Aderyn
is a fierce warrior who keeps mainly to herself, except in the case of Meilyr, her life's love and passion. Quick to be seen in battle, her blade often does her speaking. Sometimes seen as an outsider, still she is always ready to defend those who keep her at a distance.

Brina is the druid healer among the Gwynned, and her ability to bring the recently deceased back from the dead has proved invaluable to her companions. She is a skilled alchemist as well, and willing to offer aid where needed.

Darev, a Runesmith and devoted follower of Chiteng, is skilled at the craft of forging - a talent which has proven more than useful to the Shipwrecked. He has a voracious curiosity and tries to understand all around him, from the mysteries of the island to the fundamental beliefs of his companions, Westerner and Garani alike.

Kevan is a priest of the Dragon god, Serrin, and tries in his every action to embody the ideals of his faith. Since arriving on the island, he has spent a great deal of time among the Serpent Tribes. Having been adopted by them, he now lives with them.

Aricho is a merchant, who is more comfortable at trade than he is at fighting the dangers that threaten on this island. He has bartered with the Serpents on behalf of the Shipwrecked, and been key in obtaining not only needed provisions, but at a price the Shipwrecked can afford. Since those early days, like so many others, he has disappeared.
