The darker goblins are younger, and not very wise. The White Goblins, however, are older, and by far more dangerous... they are cold and calculating in the pranks that they play. The Gold Goblins are the elders and rarely seen.

The Shipwrecked have learned that the Goblins are travellers from another world, much like the Dark God once was. And certainly the Goblins seem to have some connection to the Gods, or at least to Greymeir, who has spoken to the Shipwrecked through the Goblins.

The Shipwrecked earned the alliance of the Goblins, and have attended gatherings in the Goblin's own realm, where they have heard truths hidden in lies, stories told, and given the chance to face new dangers before encountering them in true battle.

Not even the Goblins seem immune to the taint of the Spider, as the Shipwrecked have encountered red-marked Goblins who seem to serve the Dark God. Certainly the other Goblins seem afraid of these violent, devious brethren.
