All Aralis weekend events are held at Camp Wing in Duxbury, MA. Everyone who attends an Aralis Event, be they player or staff, should be aware of the following rules of the campsite. Please respect Camp Wing's wishes (as not doing so could result in David & Hillary getting yelled at and, worse, us losing our site), and report any problems or issues directly and immediately to David or Hillary.

| Moving Things | Kitchen | Broken Items | Trash | Checkout | Cleanup Checklist |

First of all, if we move anything in the camp, we have to move it back. This includes not only the stuff that was in the front room, like the foozball table and whatever else, but also the beds. I wasn't aware that anyone had moved beds, but apparently they don't like it. So if you do move beds, please put them back where you found them.

We're not supposed to use the kitchen, really at all, for any reason. Some of the staff who work at the site have indicated they'll look the other way if we need to use, say, the sink, or go in there for cleaning supplies, but we are not supposed to use any of the kitchen facilities. This includes the stove, the microwave, etc. Also, if you use the sinks to clean your dishes, please leave them clean, with no nappy food particles, etc.

If anything is broken at the site during the event, you need to tell David and Hillary about it. Broken items aren't a problem, per se, as that what's we have insurance for, but we do need to tell them about it before we leave. Unfortunately, David and I often don't notice these things, so if something gets broken, or you see that something is broken before the event, please let us know so we can tell them. Otherwise, they think we're trying to sneak off without telling them or something. No one will get upset, except maybe our insurance people, but we do need to tell them.

Also, doors and windows need to be closed after the event, and all trash needs to be taken to the dumpster.

Here are a few notes that I have about checking out:

  1. Alchemy
If you're going to do alchemical production, please make a note for yourself of the components you are preserving for the event. Then return all the flower, butterfly, and frog props to me or to the bin in HQ. Submit your alchemy production to me after the event. (There's a web form!)
  2. Magic items
If you have magic items that are returned to us after the game, please bring those to HQ and give them to me, or give them to David if he's holding a bin to put them in.
  3. Cleanup
From now on, I would like to handle cleanup in this way. It should be generally understood that there is a lot of cleanup to do, and that we appreciate your help and will reward you with CP. After the event, I will put a list on the table in the Stockade indicating the various cleanup tasks that need doing. Go look at the list, and put your name or initials next to the task(s) you are going to do, then go do them. This list should be fairly comprehensive and should cover all the tasks that we always have to do; it should pretty much follow common sense. If you do something that needs doing and it isn't on the list, feel free to write it down and initial it. This should save you the trouble of having to find me and ask me what to do-- now you can check the list for yourself.
(NOTE: DO NOT REMOVE THE LIST FROM THE TABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES)

I will probably head straight to HQ, which for future reference is the room housing the Summoning Gate, with the yellow lights and curtain, and start organizing the stuff that's there and sorting through the stuff that gets brought in. When you finish with your packet sweeping, or cleaning of module buildings, bring that stuff straight there so that I can properly sort it. When Monster Camp is cleaned, bring all the stuff there to HQ.

The cleanup list may be revised over time. So that you have all seen it at least once, the cleanup list is this:

  4. Lights and any decorative or prop objects returned to HQ
