Players who are creating alchemical potions or elixirs, or who are preserving components, should use the following form to submit their requests to Aralis Staff.


PLEASE NOTE!!: Due to security changes on the LARP.com server, you can no longer CC copies of the summary form to your email address. I am looking into work-arounds, but until that time, if you want a copy of your form, after you click "SUBMIT" you will be taken to a page that summarizes the Form you sent. Select all and copy the Summary Form, and save it to your computer.
