There are many Others on this island, trapped here
or who came to this place through some other means, who have given aid,
in one manner or another, to the Shipwrecked.

Cipher is a Spirit that has long been trapped
on the island. Shipwrecked ages ago, he had fallen prey to Spider's influence
and killed his companion. In death, he became even more a creatuer of
Spider, unable to recall his past, until the current Shipwrecked set upon
the means to free him. He was named Cipher by Kage, and since being freed
from the influence of Spider, has helped the Shipwrecked as best he can.
He has proven to be a valuable ally, providing information and means to
free others, and the Shipwrecked are determined not to let him fall again
to Spider.

Li is a mysterious masked Spirit who has visited the Shipwrecked
often, taking interest in the skilled rogues among them. He was once a
Shipwrecked as well, but like so many before him, eventually died. Though
not taken by Spider, his Spirit wanders the island, unable to pass on
to the afterlife. His memory is sketchy of his life before, but he seeks
to aid the Shipwrecked as best he can, teaching the rogues skills that
may prove valuable to them.

The Associate - or Aelycan's Associate, as he is often called
- is a Dark Feydakin who travels to the island in a means not
entirely clear to many; not truly there at all, but present enough to
be heard and to see what goes on. He has taken a keen interest in the
goings on in this place, and often comes with tasks that need to be done,
usually for Aelycan, who is his primary contact. Some among the Shipwrecked
question his motives, and wonder if he can be truly trusted. Regardless
of his true objectives, it seems that if there is some rivalry between
him and Madam Lily and Ivy,
and that recently something was done to him that prevents his return to
the island, at least for some time.

Kenjiro was the Commander of the Garandi on the vessel, The
Light That Breaks Through The Storm. He was washed ashore upon the
island, where he was betrayed by Kyuden
and taken by the demon, Widowmaker.
Though the Shipwrecked freed him, he had suffered long tortures and been
inflicted by the demon and died soon after. Since that time, the rest
of his Spirit had been closely tied to the affairs within the Stockade,
and when fighting broke out between East and West, Spider's hold over
Kenjiro would grow, tearing him from his grave and sending him enraged
to attack those within the Stockade. With the aid of Cipher, however,
the Garandi were recently able to walk the path of Kenjiro's life and
put his Spirit to rest, freeing it from the influence of Spirit.

Shirikaba Atsuko, was
the last living Grandmaster of Life. She was shipwrecked on the island
with Elgan, Daria, and the other members of the Clan of Life with
them over 600 years ago. She was not in the Stockade that fateful
night of betrayal by Noboru, and when she returned to find them gone,
she placed herself in slumber until others would need her. Awakened
by shipwrecked Ulun many years later, they helped her create a room
outside of time, where she remained until she was summoned forth by
Darev, who pieced together the tablet that opened her self-prison.
Knowing she had little time left, she did all that she could to aid
the Shipwrecked, helping them create a room where their energies might
be renewed, and bestowing teachings of the Elemental of Life upon
those she found worthy of such study. Finally, she sacrificed of her
remaining Life essence to create an item that would help the Shipwrecked
rescue Elgan from beyond the Spider's Gate. The ritual to do so nearly
consumed her life, had not the Kina sacrificed of her own life essence
to save her, but even so she was greatly weakened, and soon returned
to Kaolan. |

Jack
is a Light Feydakin child who was shipwrecked on the island some years
ago, and made the Stockade his home. The Undead and other perils of the
island frighten him, and he is often in hiding, but does occasionally
spend time among the new Shipwrecked.

Olwin is a child spirit who wanders
the island. Originally from Gwyneth, her family's ship The Silverstreak
washed up on the shores of the Island twelve years ago, and she was killed
and sacrificed to the Spider by the White Witch's minions when she was
only eight. Now she lives in the White Witch's "family" but occasionally
escapes to visit her old home of the Stockade and its new inhabitants.

Sharia, the Goddess of Fire, recenly appeared before the
Shipwrecked, surprising them with knowledge long lost - or kept secret.
The daughter of Talos, she cast aside her dark nature - that of destruction
and chaos - for the love of an Elemental of Aral, known now as the God
Chiteng. In so doing, she lost her status as one of the Gods - but gave
unto Arbiter, her husband, the power of creativity. However, the Devil
has since claimed the darker aspects of her nature.

"Your list of seven is incorrect," Greymeir had told the
Shipwrecked, in response to their listing of the seven Gods and children
of Talos. Recently, they discovered why - for the God they called Chiteng
was in fact one and the same as the Arbiter, and was not a Child of the
Dark God but instead an Elemental of Aral, who married the Goddess of
Fire, Sharia, and with her become more than just Order - but Order and
Creativity, the foundation of Technology. Recently, the Arbiter appeared
with his wife to the Shipwrecked and spoke at length with his followers. |

|
The God, Serrin, known in the West as "The
Dragon," has appeared at times when summoned by his followers, to offer
advice and admonishments. He was the first of the Gods to visit the Shipwrecked,
and had not been aware of the Island's existence until it was shown to him
by those who summoned him.

Chorus is the name given to the creature that was once
The Chorus of the House of Shadows, found within the Carnival of Lost Souls.
He left the House and his duties there after the Carnival appeared upon
the Island, and has since then offered aid and knowledge to the Shipwrecked.
In his absence, the House has fallen even further into the Shadows, and
is now run by the Horseless Headman, plunging the place into chaos. Chorus
has asked for aid in restoring the House to order once more.
